About Giang Do

My name is Giang Do (pronounced /zang doe/). I am a visual artist from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and living in Singapore.

I have a fine art background that took me to illustration, then later to animation and motion graphic. After obtaining a BFA from School of Art, Design and Media (NTU), I have worked in e-commerce, advertising and marketing and several short film collaborations. With my range of skill set and diverse work experience, I hope to contribute to projects that are meaningful and engaging.

I am a fan of the romantics and surrealists. My greatest influences are Renee Magritte, Gustav Klimt, Satoshi Kon and David Lynch. When I'm not doing art, I enjoy folding origami, cooking, and learning German.
